The receptionist was ACCEPTABLE. Breakfast was delicious
The ROOMS are nothing like the pictures. I stayed 3 nights there, and the housekeeping service was not perfect. They left my window open ALL day. When I got there, the room was freezing cold. They always gave me hand towels instead of big bath ones.

The staff showed kindness and were accommodating. The location proved advantageous as a short walk led me to the heart of the city. My room was beautiful (i was kinda surprised!), it was clean, and the bed offered great comfort.
The bathroom did have a noticeable smell. It seemed like there was not a proper extraction system in place. I had to open the windows to let fresh air in.

The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation. (That was very important to me).
The room did not match the pictures. I noticed broken tiles in the shower and the shower did not function properly. The soap dispenser was also dirty. I was there for six nights, but the cleaning services were not good. Even after a complaint, they only changed the towels and folded the bedsheets.

The hotel allowed me a very early check-in. I had been traveling since early morning. i used the fridge to store food. the location is near the s7 train from the airport. It was a short walk. the bathroom was modern, and the room was proper.
The window was small, it took all night to cool the room a bit. The room smelled faintly of old cigarette smoke.
